Heather Grumley is the Superintendent of Garfield Re-2, taking the lead in April of 2020. She is in her 30th year of serving students and families within the district!

Prior to ascending to this post, Mrs. Grumley was the Assistant Superintendent for 3 years, Principal of Graham Mesa Elementary School, an instructional coach at Elk Creek and Kathryn Senor Elementaries, a 2nd and 4th grade teacher, a middle school volleyball and basketball coach and a high school track coach.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in English and Literature from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters in Elementary Education from Colorado College, and an Educational Leadership Endorsement from Colorado Mesa University.
