Please complete this interest form for the Garfield Re-2 Toddler program at Wamsley Elementary in Rifle and Elk Creek Elementary in New Castle.
My child is 4 years old as of October 1
You will need to complete both a Universal Preschool Program application AND a Garfield Re-2 Preschool application.
