Helping Students Deal With Stress During the Covid-19 Outbreak

Food Bank of the Rockies in partnership with Aspen Family Connection will handle distribution of food for Aspen/Pitkin County from Aspen Schools (enter by Aspen High School). LIFT-UP will assist with providing fresh produce and dairy as available. For more information on this distribution site, please visit PitkinCounty.com.

Garfield Coalition for Families:
Coalition for Families is a collaborative program that brings together services for at-risk, multi-system involved children, youth and families.
We offer the folllowing for families of Garfield County:
*Resource and Referrals: Referrer and family are connect to agencies that can provide resources to meet specific family needs.
*Facilitated Family Meetings: Youth and their family come together with school staff and/or youth serving agencies to identify strengths and needs and create a collaborative plan for the family.
*High Fidelity Wraparound: High-fidelity Wraparound is an evidence-based process for moving system-involved children, youth and families with serious behavioral and mental health challenges, toward independence and success.
*Parent and Youth Support Groups: We offer informal and confidential Parent and Youth Support groups where parents and their children can connect with others experiencing similar challenges.

A community Resource & Referral center helping people living in Rifle and Parachute by connecting people in need with appropriate services.
