Garfield Re-2 Policies

Each school board member shall, no later than 10 days after receiving the certificate of election, take an oath of office that he/she will faithfully perform the duties of the office as required by law and will support the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of Colorado and laws made pursuant thereto.  Such oath shall be filed with the designated election official for the district.
