Garfield Re-2 Policies

District personnel employed by the Board shall be supervised through the superintendent along specific paths from person to person, as shown in the Board-approved organization chart.

The lines of authority on the chart shall represent the direction of authority and responsibility.

The superintendent shall inform the Board of any proposed reorganization or revision of the organization chart.  The Board expects the superintendent to keep the administrative structure in line with the need for supervision and accountability throughout the school system.
