A pre-numbered receipt shall be issued at the time of the receipt of any checks, money orders or currency. 

Deposits shall be made whenever cash receipts equal $500 and/or the total receipts equal $1,000 or more. 

Deposits of money collected shall be made only at depositories approved by the Board.
