All district checks, orders, or warrants shall require the signatures of the president and treasurer of the Board.

All checks drawn on district funds shall require two signatures and may be signed by means of a facsimile signature machine provided by the Board.  The superintendent and other person designated by the Board shall be authorized to operate the check-signing machine.
