(Meal Allowance for School Trips)

Meal allowances, when authorized, will be calculated in the following manner:

 

a. First day - students arrange for their own meals unless departure time is before 1:00 p.m.  If this is the case, the meal allowance for dinner will be $11.50 per person.

 

b. Subsequent days – A maximum per diem of $30.00 per day, with receipts, will be allowed. Specific meals for partial days will be paid as follows: $9.00 for breakfast, $9.50 for lunch, and $11.50 for dinner for each person will be allowed.

 

• If the return is before 1:00 p.m., only breakfast will be allowed

 

• If return is before 7:00 p.m., only breakfast and lunch will be allowed

 

• No alcoholic beverages will be consumed by any student or sponsor
