Facility Rental Rates and Fees

Category 1

No fees will be charged for this type of organization/individual.

Category 2

All areas will have the cost of a school district attendant at a rate of $5.00 to check group(s) in and out. This is a per-event/daily charge.

Category 3

Classrooms

Classrooms (elementary prohibited) $20.00 per (3 hrs.) x 2

Classrooms (computer labs/LOC) $40.00 per (3 hrs.)

Library media center $30.00 per (3 hrs.)

Learning Opportunities Center (w/AV equipment)**

Both meeting rooms $40.00 per (3 hrs.)

Large room $30.00 per (3 hrs.)

Small room $20.00 per (3 hrs.)

Additional per hour rate $10.00 per hour

**Attendant cost, if needed, to operate equipment @$30 per hour

 

Gyms (does not include locker rooms)

High schools (w/cooling) $50.00 per (2 hrs.)

Middle schools $40.00 per (2 hrs.)

Elementary schools $40.00 per (2 hrs.)

Auxiliary gyms (high school) $40.00 per (2 hrs.)

Wrestling rooms $30.00 per (2 hrs.)

  Additional per hour rate $20.00 per hour

 

Stage/Auditorium (Fixed)

Rifle High School/Rifle Middle School $40.00 per (2 hrs.)

Above with light/sound use** $60.00 per (2 hrs.)

All other schools $30.00 per (2 hrs.)

All other schools with gym included $40.00 per (2 hrs.)

Additional per hour rate $15.00 per hour

**Plus the cost of attendant to operate @$30.00 per hour

 

Cafeteria/Kitchens

Cafeteria (all schools) $40.00 per (4 hrs.)

Additional per hour rate $15.00 

Kitchen (district-wide)** $200.00 per (4 hrs.)

Additional per hour rate $30.00

**Plus the cost of a cook/supervisor @$30.00 per hour

**Minimum age of 18 to operate kitchen equipment required
